In my opinion and knowledge, Network Marketing is the best business Model now!
There is no other business that a normal human being can start with a few hundred dollars for working funds and a desire to Make it and grow exponentially; to any level, you are willing or able of take it.
Persuading people to become a member is similar to going to Las Vegas and Gamble.
Why is it that most Multilevel Distributor never earns but a few dollars per month on their industry?
Why, in spite of their hard work and dedication, most people do not last very long on the business?
I strongly think that the reasons are Lack of understanding of the business, false information and insufficient training!
We must understand, and this is an unquestionable Fact, that “Not every person Out There is Interested or Want to be in This industry, like we Where Lead to Think”.
Yet, many Network Marketing companies are still training people the old technique; Build a List of people you Know, Talk to Everybody within arm’s Reach, Pitch your Opportunity to all, whether they want to listen it or not! You know the drill! No wonder the turnover is so enormous!
I went to a training class some time back and the Presenter started the seminar with the following phrase:
“We are going to learn today how to persuade people to join our opportunity”
Network Marketing is a People’s business and the majority of us do not appreciate to be persuade of anything, we don’t like to be convince to get involved in opportunities or businesses that we are not attracted in, inclined to do, for some not even competent of running.
I got news for you, if you try this system, people will start running away from you and you are not going to be very successful on your industry!
Soooo!…. What is the Solution?
* You must learn all there is to know about Multilevel Marketing and Network marketing on-line and off.
* You must “Attract” those individuals that are in reality attracted in starting and growing a industry of their own!
* You have to start looking for individuals with Big Dreams and a craving to learn and grow; prepared to go the Extra Mile to help others in pursue of and happiness!
* You should provide lots of information, important resources and instructions on the line of industry you are in. You must provide a way for those interested associates to become skilled at all they can about home base industry and how to run one.
* You have to build a relationship with these individuals and keep contact with them, even prior to your products or services appear into the picture.
If the information that you supply is helpful and you build up a association with these prospects you might be able to present your opportunity in an informal way after the question comes out and not earlier.
Whether you do this in person or through the Internet, is immaterial. You have to build a system where people approach to you for information, leadership and friendship.
Real Interest in People Makes a World of difference
